So I have looked around and I can't find a good, free, Windows shell alternative that works well and stable with 7, 8, and 10. (I haven't actually tested any with 10)

Anyway I think it would be cool to eventually create a custom shell, maybe integrated partially with RainMeter.

The standard Windows shell is kind of boring and bland and lacks some features.
